1 Simple Game S.A. de C.V., hereinafter referred to as “1 Simple Game” whose offices are located in Av. Moctezuma, number 234, Col. Ciudad del Sol, Zapopan, Jalisco, México, operates the Games on Apple Arcade service.

1 Simple Game’s Privacy Policy is designed to provide clarity regarding your use of the Game published and made available to you by Apple through its Apple Arcade service. By installing and using our Game, you agree to 1 Simple Game’s Privacy Policy.

ABOUT THIS POLICY

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose and make use of personal information.

DATA COLLECTION AND USAGE

The Game uses only services provided by Apple. For information on data stored by Apple services, please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not store personal or gameplay data on our servers. All data described in this Privacy Policy is stored locally on your device or sent only to Apple (for Game Center or iCloud). In order to participate in Apple’s Game Center, the Game will also collect your Apple Game Center Team Player ID and your progress in the Game (e.g., levels completed, scores, points collected, and unlockables).

1 Simple Game published products do not share data with advertising companies. We do not use vendors or analytics providers to collect, track, transmit, or maintain user data in our games.
You may decline to store data in iCloud or to send data to Game Center. To turn off iCloud data storage, you must turn off iCloud in Apple Settings for Games. If you decline to have your data stored in iCloud and Game Center, you will only be able to play offline but your progress will not be saved across your Apple devices. 

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Game collects, uses, and discloses data from children in the same way as for other users as described in this policy.

We limit our data collection and use to persistent identifiers to support the internal operations of the game only as set forth in the exception to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule (“COPPA”) at 16 C.F.R. 312.2. Furthermore, such data collection and use is collected with a Legitimate Interest as set forth in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

If you are a parent, you can decline to have that data collected from your child by turning off iCloud for the game and signing your child out of Game Center.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. which will be made available here.
We will also update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
